When you place an order to buy something on this website you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) that you have selected on the terms found on the ordering page in addition to the following terms.  To make a purchase you must first register and create a user account. Use of this Site and purchase from this Site shall bind you to the following terms (in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy):

PRODUCTS

Stoneforged Technology shall make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications and details of the products available on the Site. Stoneforged Technology cannot guarantee that the colours, features, specifications and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our Contract

All orders and subscription requests received are an irrevocable offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by STONEFORGED TECHNOLOGY INC. (“Stoneforged Technology”) and we and any of our personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.

Currency

All payments are made in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

Pricing

We do not offer price matching. Prices are non-negotiable. For your convenience, all of our most current and lowest pricing is posted on our website and is updated accordingly. Unless otherwise indicated, Stoneforged Technology is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any other levies, duties, or fees imposed by any taxing authority beyond the extent of your purchase. The total price of your order will include any applicable sales tax based on the ship-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of purchase.

Order Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within 1-2 days and shipped approximately 5 business days after placing your order. Orders will not be processed on weekends and/or holidays. Should you require a rush order, please email us at support@stoneforged.tech .

Modifications to your order

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@stoneforged.tech within 24 hours of the ordering being submitted. We’ll do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including the delivery address) if received no later than 1 business day prior to the submission of your order.

Your cancellation rights

You may cancel your order if your cancelation instructions are received no later than 24 hours after the order submission date, with such request to be submitted by email to support@stoneforged.tech. In those circumstances, a full refund for the purchase price of the product(s) will be given. The shipping fees applicable will not be refunded.

Payment Methods

You shall pay Stoneforged Technology Inc. for any purchase you make on our website, together with any applicable fees and taxes. We may use a third-party payment processor to authorize your credit card or bank account information. You agree that all information provided by you shall be complete, current and accurate. Orders will only be processed based on confirmation of payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any payment method at any time and will contact you to provide an alternative payment method. You authorize your credit card company or other payment processor to provide updated credit card expiry information as may be necessary to process any existing order.

Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders.

DELIVERY AND TAXES

All prices for delivery exclude H.S.T. (Harmonized Sales Tax) at the current rate unless otherwise stated.

Delivery costs shall be applicable for every order. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order on this website. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery scope altogether.

In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us within 1 business day upon receipt of the products. In any event, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

OFFERS AND PROMOTION CODES

At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for orders given before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.

In the event that a customer has made an order and the price of the ordered product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of order shall prevail.

As our special offers are dependent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.

We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalized special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.

Unless explicitly otherwise stated, free or discounted introductory offers are only available to new users of our services and are only available once to any one person. Discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Unless otherwise stated, we only allow one promotion code to be used per order.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Adverse weather conditions

Adverse weather conditions may prevent the delivery of orders In a timely manner, by the time requested, or at all. In such circumstances, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered.

Force Majeure

Stoneforged Technology shall not be liable for late or non-delivery of any order if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, pandemic (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent or mandatory or voluntary suspension of operations due to government directive), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of telecommunications lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any other cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond Stoneforged Technology’s reasonable control.

OUR LIABILITY

Save as hereinbefore provided, whilst we will do our utmost to ensure that our services are uninterrupted and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any interruption of our services and shall be released from our obligations under these Sale Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of our services impossible or impractical.

Stoneforged Technology will not be responsible for (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using our services.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. In addition, nothing in these Sale Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event will Stoneforged Technology or its affiliates be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential (including among other things, loss of revenue or profits), punitive, or exemplary, damages of any kind or subject to equitable or injunctive remedies (whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise) arising out of use of our services.

GENERAL

We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the Sales Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access Stoneforged Technology’s website and/or our services from time to time. We will post any changes on the Stoneforged Technology website and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Sales Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access this website. Changes will be effective immediately once posted on this website. All subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Sales Terms and Conditions.

Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Stoneforged Technology website and/or our products for any reason at any time. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction and notify you where this will affect any ongoing subscription.

These Sales Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the Stoneforged Technology site, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Sale Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Sale Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

A person who is not a party to the agreement between you and Stoneforged Technology has no rights to enforce any of the Sale Terms and Conditions.

In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.

Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in Canada. These Sales Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Limited Warranty Information of Stoneforged Technology Inc

Stoneforged Technology Inc manufactures its hardware products from parts and components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry-standard practices. Before shipping a computer system, Stoneforged Technology Inc ‘burns-in’ the system continuously for a period of at least 24 hours and runs each system through a very thorough Quality Assurance check list, making sure that everything is functioning properly.

WHAT IS COVERED

Stoneforged Technology Inc warrants that the hardware products it sells are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties, servicing not authorized by Stoneforged Technology Inc, usage not in accordance to normal use, failure to perform preventative maintenance, including but not limited to backups, and problems caused by use of software, parts and components not supplied by Stoneforged Technology Inc. This warranty does not cover software, external devices; accessories or other parts added to a Stoneforged Technology Inc system after the system is shipped from Stoneforged Technology Inc; or accessories or parts that are not installed in the Stoneforged Technology Inc factory. Monitors, keyboards and mice that are on the original sales invoice from Stoneforged Technology Inc are covered; all other monitors, keyboards and mice are not covered.

LENGTH OF WARRANTY

The warranty term for new desktop computer systems purchased from Stoneforged Technology Inc is (2) year beginning on the date of the sales invoice, as further described below. Motherboard, CPU and RAM came with the new desktop system, parts and upgrades sold separately from the computer system carry a (2) year term as further described below. Notebook computers sold by Stoneforged Technology Inc carry a (2) year warranty.

“DEAD ON ARRIVAL” REPLACEMENT OR REFUND POLICY

Stoneforged Technology Inc has a special policy for all new product purchased from Stoneforged Technology Inc that fails to work properly upon delivery. If a system purchased from Stoneforged Technology Inc is deemed to be dead on arrival by Stoneforged Technology Inc and is within the first 10 days from the date on the sales invoice, then the customer is eligible for a replacement system or a refund. For information about obtaining an RMA request please visit our the Returns & Refunds page. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY

Upon Stoneforged Technology Inc’s consent and discretion, Stoneforged Technology Inc will repair or replace products returned, in their original or equivalent packaging, to Stoneforged Technology Inc’s facility. To request warranty service, you must call within the applicable warranty period. In order to obtain a RMA you must first speak with our Technical Support Team, they can be reached at the number listed above or via this form here. They will then take you through the steps of obtaining an RMA if deemed necessary. Please have your invoice number, date of purchase, and a description of the problem ready when you call. Once your warranty period is verified and you have gone through all of the necessary trouble-shooting, Stoneforged Technology Inc will then issue you an RMA number. The RMA number must be written clearly on the return label or the package will be refused. Product that is not defective will be returned to the sender with C.O.D. freight charges collect. You must ship the product; shipping charges prepaid and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Stoneforged Technology Inc will ship the repaired or replacement products to you prepaid if you use an address in Canada (not including Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) or in contiguous United States. Shipments to other locations will be freight collect.

SHIPPING YOUR SYSTEM

Ship the product back to Stoneforged Technology Inc in the original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the label for return, preferably directly below the company name, such as RMA-XXXXX. All returns for exchange or refund must be complete with all of the components, manuals, cables, and static bags, just as you received it. If the product is not returned in its entirety then you will be charged for the missing items or refused entire.

NOTE: Before you ship the product (s) to Stoneforged Technology Inc, we recommend that you back up the data on the hard-disk drive (s) and any other storage device (s) in the product (s). Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CD’s, or PC Cards. If you have any questions please call Stoneforged Technology Inc for technical assistance.

REPAIR OF YOUR SYSTEM

Stoneforged Technology Inc owns any and all parts removed from the repaired products. Stoneforged Technology Inc uses new and or reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products. If Stoneforged Technology Inc repairs or replaces a product, the warranty term is not extended.

CROSS-SHIPMENTS

Stoneforged Technology Inc will ship replacement product before receipt or returned products with in the first 30 days from the date on the invoice, subject to the above warranty previsions, only at Stoneforged Technology Inc’s discretion, and when the cross-shipment is guaranteed by credit card or other applicable credit arrangement.

SHIPPING DAMAGE AND DISCREPANCIES

If you receive your order with incorrect or missing components, you must notify Stoneforged Technology Inc within 10 days of receipt. In the event of shipping damage, notify the shipping carrier immediately and request a damage report, and also notify Stoneforged Technology Inc immediately at the number listed above.

This warranty give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under the laws of the dominion of Canada. Stoneforged Technology Inc’s responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited to repair and replacement as set forth in this warranty statement. All express and implied warranties for the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one-year warranty period, and no warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after such period. Some states (or jurisdictions) do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that the above limitation may not apply to you.

Stoneforged technology Inc shall not be liable beyond the remedies set forth in this warranty statement and shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to liability for products not available for use, or for lost data or software. Some states (or jurisdictions) do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation will not apply to you.

PLEASE REMEMBER:

You are responsible for your software and data. Stoneforged Technology Inc is not required to advise or remind you of appropriate backup and other procedures.


Return Policy

Stoneforged Technology Inc is confident that you will be completely satisfied with your Stoneforged Technology Inc computer. However, should you be unsatisfied for any reason, we offer you the option to return most products you purchase directly from Stoneforged Technology Inc. For all purchases not made directly from Stoneforged Technology Inc, please check the return policy of the location from which you purchased your product.

 

30-Day Return Period for Certain Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with Stoneforged Technology Inc (approved in writing), or an exception (as provided below), all hardware, accessories, peripherals, and parts may be returned within 30 days from the date on the invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, rush service fees, and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below). Any product returned to Stoneforged Technology Inc without prior authorization from Stoneforged Technology Inc will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive credit for the product and Stoneforged Technology Inc will not ship the product back to you.

 

Exceptions to the Satisfaction Guarantee and 30-Day Return Period:

  • This guarantee does NOT apply to computer systems purchased directly from a retailer or other third-party sellers. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • This guarantee only extends to the original purchaser on the billing record and credits will be provided to the original form of payment. Any products not returned will be deducted from the credited amount.
  • This guarantee does NOT include shipping, handling and rush service fees. It does not extend to opened software, additional parts/peripherals, special order merchandise, or any custom-made products. Products that have been customized by Stoneforged Technology for the customer, such as cases and side panels, with engraving or skins, will be assessed a restocking fee or not accepted. Products that have been customized/modified by the customer will not be accepted.
  • Software may not be returned at any time unless the software being returned is:
    • Application software or Microsoft Windows operating systems installed by Stoneforged Technology Inc on a returnable system which is being returned within the applicable return period; or
    • Media-based software that is unopened and still in its sealed package or, if delivered electronically, software that you have not accepted by clicking "I agree to these Terms and Conditions."
  • Products that have been physically damaged, neglected, or abused by the customer, or if any “void if removed” warranty stickers are removed, cannot be accepted for full refund.
  • Under no circumstances shall Stonefoged Technology provide a refund amount that exceeds the purchase price of the computer.
  • Custom machines are not refundable

 

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:

  • If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional gift card and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, Stoneforged Technology Inc may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the purchased item.

 

RESTOCKING FEES:

 

Restocking Fees will not be assessed within the first 30-days from the date on the invoice. Any returns for refund after 30-days are subject up to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will not be approved after 45-days from invoice.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:

 

Before returning a product, you MUST first contact Stoneforged Technology Inc customer service at 877-414-2343 or email at support@stoneforged.tech and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Stoneforged Technology Inc will not accept returns without an RMA number. NOTE: You must ship the product to Stoneforged Technology Inc within 10 days of the date that Stoneforged Technology Inc issues the RMA number and MUST follow these steps:

  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Stoneforged Technology Inc and for which you received an RMA number. For partial returns, your credit may be less than the invoice or individual component price due to bundled or promotional pricing or any unadvertised discounts or concessions.
  • Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation, and any other items that were included in your original shipment. Stoneforged Technology Inc will not provide a replacement shipping box under any circumstances.
  • Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Shipping labels will only be provided in circumstances of DOA or damaged deliveries.
  • Upon receipt of your return, Stoneforged Technology Inc will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.

 

Note: Before you return the product to Stoneforged Technology Inc, make sure to back up any data on the hard drive(s) and on any other storage device in the product. Remove any and all confidential, proprietary, and personal information as well as removable media such as flash drives, CDs, and PC Cards. Stoneforged Technology Inc is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary, or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return.
